Return Policy

Basically, if you can’t play the guitar when it arrives, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price plus the cost of freight, both to and from the point of delivery.

We Will Refund If
Items may be returned and a full refund paid if the product purchased is functionally dissimilar than advertised. If an item has the following, we will fully refund the purchase price of the item;

• Broken truss rod on arrival(we will refund only if the truss rod has not been manually adjusted).
• Broken tuners
• Broken headstock
• Broken Bridge/Nut
  

We will not refund if

• The guitar is in worse condition than you expected in terms of the colour of the item or the amount of scratches etc (These guitars are vintage and we generally do not know their history).
• You just don’t like the item.
• The truss rod breaks after you (or anyone else) have adjusted the truss rod after the time of delivery.
• Frets are in worse condition than you expected.
• The guitar arrives and is not in tune.
• The intonation is out (generally speaking this can be fixed by a luthier).
• You get a bad “vibe” about the item.
